Hi, I’m Nikki. I have been in the Recruiting business for over 6 years now and have gained diverse industry experience in Healthcare, Federal Government, Marketing, HR, and IT. What I enjoy most about recruiting is being able to connect with people, having the opportunity to learn what each person is passionate about, and their motivating factors. I love building relationships and being that helping hand to place great talent within companies/roles that they will be excited about. When I’m not recruiting, you can find me pursuing my favorite hobbies which include going to Concerts, learning new languages, paddle boarding/hiking, or binging the latest Gordon Ramsey shows on streaming services. Fun fact: In my cool days, I was formerly a Tour Runner for artists such as the Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Village People, and Kendrick Lamar.
